Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving their order by contacting us through the “Contact Us” form on our website. We will review on a case by case basis and get in touch with you.

We do not offer exchanges for our products. If a customer wishes to purchase a different strain of seeds, they must return the original order and place a new order.
